TAP TSI Services Governance Association (TSGA) aisbl attaches great importance to the protection of your data. In the following, information is provided about the use of personal information collected by the TSGA aisbl.

Collection and use of data

TSGA aisbl only collects personal information (name, company, email, sector) following your explicit consent in order to access the Full Service Model deliverables. Such personal information may be only used by the TSGA for technical reasons or by the Full Service Model to participate as part of a survey or to get feedback on the initiative via email (unless revoked by user).

This website saves logfiles for internal error-reporting, statistical analysis and server-protection. The following data is being saved:

visited site
time of visit
amount of transferred data in byte
url from which the user came to the site
used browser
used operating system
ip address from user

The ip address will be anonymized within 24 hours and deleted within 7 days.

Disclosure of data

TSGA aisbl may disclose your personal information only to the Full Service Model for the reasons stated above. In this case, the Full Service Model is obliged to process the personal information according to the terms of this privacy statement. TSGA aisbl will not disclose your personal data to any third parties except for, if such disclosure is required by any applicable law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings or in order to establish, exercise or defend TSGA’s legal rights.

Personal data will not be transferred to any third countries outside the EU/EAA.

Right of access, modification and deletion

You may exercise your right to access information on the collection or to modification of your data at any time. You may also completely unregister from the system, whereby your data will be erased from the database within four weeks. Data security and duration of the storage

TSGA aisbl will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. TSGA aisbl will store all the personal information you provide on a secured server. Data is stored only until the purpose has been fulfilled according to which the data has been entrusted to TSGA aisbl or only as long as the duration of the storage is provided by the legal provisions. Information entered into via this website will be furthermore, encrypted.

Cookies policy

Tsga.eu only uses a session-cookie in order to gain access to the TSGA members’ area.
